NEWARK —
The Devils' sellout streak of 16 games may come to an end tonight if there aren't good walk-up ticket sales later tonight. As of 2 p.m. ET today, there appear to be some pockets of open seats in the upper corners — and in the lower bowl.
Still, there appeared to be even more seats available on opening night — and that game eventually sold out.
If the game sells out, it'll be the 17th in a row, a streak that dates back to the final game of last year's regular season. All 11 post-season games sold out and the first four games this season have been sellouts. The Devils have never sold out four games to open a season until this year.
Hoping the streak continues. We'll know more in a few hours.
Some of the seats still available for tonight's Devils-Lightning game at the Prudential Center (as of 2 p.m. ET). |
