Tonight's game v. Winnipeg will sell out and it will be the 23rd sellout of last 25 home games
Except for a handful of club seats left, only single-seats are available for tonight's matchup at home against the Jets, meaning the Devils will likely sell out for the 11th time this season and the 23rd in the last 25 home games. This all happens despite the team's poor play — and despite the notion Johan Hedberg will be in net tonight. Well done, Devils Army. Well done.

Devils reacquire Alexei Ponikarovsky from Jets
![]() |
Thanks to CF for the nickname. |
The New Jersey Devils have reacquired Alexei Ponikarovsky from Winnipeg for a couple of draft picks. Poni was a vital piece of the Devils in last year's run to the finals, and he signed with Winnipeg over the summer for one year and $1.8 million.
He has 2 goals with Winnipeg.
This is another one of those quiet, yet solid Lou Lamoriello deals — and I'd expect he'll improve once he gets back here.
