NHL Attendance Watch for Tuesday, March 5, 2013

There were 11 games in the NHL on Tuesday, March 5, 2013, and for just the second time all season, our Devils didn't sell out the Rock. Ironically, the second non-sellout comes at the hands of a visit from the Tampa Bay Lightning, who were the opponent the last time the Devils didn't sell the building out.

Here, then, are the figures from that game and the other non-sellouts.

• Tampa at the Devils — 15,229 — 86 percent full.

• Montreal at the Islanders — 9,498 — 58 percent full.

• Buffalo at Carolina — 15,277 — 81 percent full.

The Prudential Center wasn't sold out for last night's game against Tampa, marking just the second non-sellout of the year for the Devils. The other non-sellout was also against Tampa.
• Winnipeg at Florida — 14,574 — 75 percent full (Florida's smallest crowd of the year).
