By putting Games 3 & 4 of Finals on NBCSN, NHL can’t guarantee clincher will be on Network TV; Kenny AlbertKENN calling Game 1

LOS ANGELES — The NHL, by putting Games 3 & 4 of the Stanley Cup Final(s) on NBCSN cannot guarantee a clincher on over-the-air TV, and that is a disservice to the many people in this country who still don’t have cable or Sat TV.

ALBERT
The NHL got it right last season by putting Games 2 & 3 on NBCSN, thus guaranteeing a clincher on over-the-air NBC. But for some foolish reason, they reverted back to Games 3 & 4 being on NBCSN this season.

We can also report that KENNY ALBERT will call Game 1 of the Finals for NBC.

DOC EMRICK had a death in the family and will thus be forced to miss the series’ first game.
