Don’t forget -- the Devils play this afternoon at 1 p.m. at home v. the Penguins (MSG+, WFAN). Not too often there’s a 1 p.m. game in the middle of the week. But hell, it’s New Year’s Eve. If you go, stay safe, and don’t drink and drive. But have a good time, nonetheless. A win puts the Devils over .500 going into 2014 -- and who would have ever thought that possible the way this team started off?
