With 35 percent of the precincts counted, it's looking rather bleak for the New York Islanders. It's 57 percent for the "NO" votes to 43 percent for the "YES" votes. Of course, 65 percent of the precincts haven't been counted yet -- nor have the thousands of absentee ballots that were submitted (estimates have at least 10,000 of them mailed in). We'll have more as information becomes available.
